general yoga classes
General Class is for those who have had experience of some kind in previous classes. This class is adapted to suit most levels and requirements of the participants. We are able to do this with these small classes of up to six people. This is a combination of alignment based yoga, flow, stretch and strengthening poses. If you prefer to practise from home, get in touch to receive the zoom link where you can join us online for half price of the in person class.
private one to one yoga classes
Ruth is very happy to take on one, two or three students in a private class, at a convenient time that suits you. The classes can be arranged your home, depending on your situation. This is a great opportunity to develop a self practice which is tailored made for you, the original way yoga was taught in India!
Yin yoga is a meditative and very inward yoga practise – we hold the poses for anything from 2 to 5 minutes, and feel into the stretch, releasing the muscles with each breath. The journey of the release is what yin is all about, and the process of letting go both in the mind and in the physical body.
